今天推送的是我的雅思老师培训计划。请大家转发一下，身边有兴趣有能力成为优秀老师的朋友，叫他们来关心一下。让我们一起净化雅思培训这个行业，让千万学生少走弯路，少花冤枉钱！
老顾希望在2016年培养出一些好的雅思老师，可以在网络上授课（包含听说读写），以后也可以在网络下教课，并且和老顾一起建立雅思学习网站，为千万学生提供高质量的学习材料和课程。
参加培训的老师必须英文有扎实的基础（满足以下一项或者多项要求）：
雅思总分7分
TOFEL总分95分
通过英语专业8级
国内研究生入学考试英语成绩获得70分以上
此外，拥有硕士文凭（国外或者国内）的申请者优先考虑
培训第一步：
作为我的助教，每天负责学生答疑、作文批改、语法课程、微博和微信资料整理等等
选择自己比较擅长的科目，研究教学资料、方法、PPT等
在我的引导下，提升语法和用词，熟悉雅思考试
培训第二步：
免费给学生教课，增加教学经验，提升教学资料和方法
提供有偿的作文批改、PS代写等服务
参与网站建设
培训第三步：
小班教课，继续积累教学经验，升级教学资料和方法
雅思考试获得高分后，提供大班教学
撰写雅思书籍
待遇：
试用期（3个月，基本工资每月5000-7000，视工作量和能力决定）
试用期满后，工资每个月9000-12000
如果任课或者负责单个项目（作文收费批改、PS代写等），待遇以分成形式（比例面议）
培训须知：
You earn money for your family, rather than for me, because we share profits.
We are profitable but we are not profit-oriented, since we don’t exploit students.
You will have to find your positions in our family, rather than fit into well-defined jobs.
You don’t take orders from the founder of the company because he appreciates creativity.
You don’t regard students as kids, but treat them as adults who are ready to challenge your authority.
You earn respect from colleagues when you achieve high grades in exams, but lose it when you are complacent about your language skills.
Don’t work as employees because you can at some point become shareholders.
Improve your teaching, before a younger teacher can take over your work.
Speak English in the office. This is our core competency.
Don’t lie to students, colleagues, me, or yourself.
Don’t complain about your salary when you are not good enough.
Revolutionise the industry because it’s totally worth it.
